ADS to Open Second Michigan Manufacturing Plant
Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) announced today that it will open a new manufacturing plant in Clifford, Michigan to meet the growing demand for the company’s corrugated high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. The plant is expected to be in operation during the second calendar quarter of 2012. Kruger Wins AnoxKaldnes MBBR Contract
Kruger Inc., a Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies company, was awarded a contract from Fischer Construction, Inc. to furnish a 0.82 MGD AnoxKaldnes MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) nitrification system for the Marbleton, WY Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade. The MBBR LagoonGuard® process will allow the existing lagoon system to meet strict ammonia limits year round, even at winter temperatures. 2012/01/20

Xylem Expands Godwin and Flygt Pumps Rental Market
Xylem, a leading global water technology company focused on addressing the world’s most challenging water issues, is tapping into a growing demand within the construction industry for both onsite dewatering and rental services. The company, which was spun off from ITT Corporation on October 31, 2011, has announced that it will be expanding its dewatering rental offer in France during the next three years. This year Xylem will strengthen its dedicated dewatering rental departments in both Paris and Bordeaux, while the company will also launch new dewatering rental services in Brittany, Lille and Toulouse in 2013. Infilco Degremont to Design and Supply a FGD Wastewater Treatment System Retrofit
The Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) and Owner’s Engineers, Sargent & Lundy, have selected SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT affiliate Infilco Degremont, Inc. (IDI) and its sister company Anderson Water Power & Technologies to design and supply a retrofit wastewater treatment system for the chloride purge stream from the wet Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) at the R.
