The operational benefits of using a HT-series can result in 20-40 percent reduced energy cost. Additional benefits include less maintenance costs i.e. no lubrication, no belts, no gears and no couplings with the only scheduled maintenance being routine inlet filter changes. The HT series is quiet with less than 85 dba per OSHA standards. In addition, the HT-series can operate in parallel with other type blowers with a smaller footprint than traditional blowers.
The HT-series are shipped as a pre-engineered working system with integrated controls, variable frequency drive, filter inlet, and electrical disconnect to keep installation costs at minimum.
Further energy savings could be realized when utilizing the HT blowers “plug and play” control system. These systems can be interfaced with any plant via 4-20Ma or ethernet for remote monitoring and operation.
