Synagro Technologies Acquires HyPex’s Centrifuge Repair Service
HOUSTON, TX - January 18, 2011 - WastewaterPR.com - Synagro Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of HyPex, Inc.’s Centrifuge Repair Service business, based in Lansdale, PA.
Synagro Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of HyPex, Inc.’s Centrifuge Repair Service business, based in Lansdale, PA. The acquisition complements Synagro’s strong stable of dewatering services and now provides customers with services that include maintenance, process optimization and emergency repair to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
