Vacall Introduces AllSmartFlow CAN Bus Control System

"Vacall is excited to introduce the AllSmartFlow, which is a control system that allows operators to make more precise boom and reel adjustments," said Bill Petrole, vice president of Vacall products for Gradall Industries, Inc. "This system has pioneering functions that can measurably improve the operating efficiency of our Vacall sewer cleaning and hydro excavation machines."
Procedures such as engine performance, water flow and vacuum functions, can be monitored in detail through the programmable LCD display. An automatic water pressure compensator delivers precise jetting action.
"The AllSmartFlow system can be kept free of any possible damage because it is located inside a protective cabinet," said Petrole. "The programmable pendent is fully proportional and you get the option of it being either wired or wireless."
Due to the pendant's unique features, it's now easier to work away from the chassis. It allows for more productive control and it's simple to use.
ConExpo-Con/Agg is held every three years and attracts approximately 150,000 people from around the world to see equipment innovations on display in 2.2 million square feet of exhibit space.
On display with the Vacall AllSmartFlow CAN bus control system was Vacall's AllExcavate, a new hydro excavator, Gradall's new Series IV highway-speed excavator and two new street sweepers by Schwarze Industries and a Rivard trencher.
