Spartan Tool LLC, a leading manufacturer of professional sewer and drain cleaning equipment, welcomes Dean Pruitt to our team as the new Territory Manager responsible for sales, service and customer support in Utah and Nevada.
Dean has extensive experience in the sewer and drain cleaning industry, having worked for Rescue Rooter for 20 years and owned his own plumbing business. During that time, Dean became very familiar with Spartan Tool equipment and has personally operated almost all the major cable machines and hydro-jetters in the Spartan lineup.
Part of Dean’s job as Territory Manager is to work with his customers to grow their business. This means not just selling them Spartan Tool drain cleaning equipment – it means taking the time to show customers how to safely operate the equipment and propose new services that will open new doors for them. “It is very important to me to gain the customer’s trust before showing them new products” says Dean. “Demonstrating how a machine can save them time or generate new profits is key to adding value to their business”.
