The AS series of wastewater samplers from Quality Control Equipment Co. offers indoor/outdoor placements in climates from –20 degrees F. to 122 degrees F.. with no requirement for a separate enclosure.
The heavy duty UV protected, molded cabinet has a “dual insulation” package including over 2.0” of rigid, dense PIR insulation and an additional thermal reflective wrapping offering one of the highest R-factors in the industry.
The sampler comes in the economic CVE-07 sampling version providing pulse or time actuated samples in composite containers up to 20 litres., and the patented “self calibrating” version that is fully programmable, and repeatable to +- 4ml..per sample.
The stainless steel twin piston vacuum pump requires no sample tubes or pump rebuilds. The sampler is capable of pulling heads to 28’ and horizontal runs to 200’. It also comes in a”dual” control version which can pull samples from two locations up to 300’ apart offering substantial cost savings.
