ISCO Industries Receives McElroy Manufacturing President’s Award

LOUISVILLE, KY - July 13, 2010 - WastewaterPR.com - ISCO Industries, a Louisville, Ky.-based distributor and fabricator of piping products, recently received the McElroy Manufacturing President’s Award for the fifth year in a row.

ISCO Industries, a Louisville, Ky.-based distributor and fabricator of piping products, recently received the McElroy Manufacturing President’s Award for the fifth year in a row.

Representatives from McElroy Manufacturing presented ISCO Industries with the President’s Award at ISCO’s corporate headquarters in Louisville. In attendance to present the award were McElroy’s President Chip McElroy, Marketing Communications Manager Sharon McElroy and Director of Business Operations Dave Hughes.

The McElroy President’s Award is given to McElroy distributors that have risen above the rest in terms of sales growth, leadership within the industry, participation in training, continued employee development, actively promoting the pipe fusion industry and overall leadership. McElroy began the award program five years ago. ISCO Industries was one of the first McElroy fusion equipment distributors to receive the award.

“We are proud to honor ISCO Industries with the McElroy President’s Award honor,” said Chip McElroy. “ISCO’s continued leadership, respected reputation and proactive approach to training internal staff and customers is a huge reason why more and more leak-free polyethylene piping systems are being put in the ground.”

The award was first announced at McElroy’s distributors meeting in September 2009, but presented to ISCO Industries in person this June.
