JWC Environmental is proud to announce their new Monster Prevention & Inspection (PI) plan. This program is an on-site service plan to ensure peak performance for your Monster machine – JWC’s family of wastewater grinders, screens and solids handling solutions.

The thorough check-ups are affordable so you can enjoy a worry-free, Monster friendly experience. With Monster PI you can choose to have a JWC service technician visit every 3 or 6 months.

“A JWCE Certified Technician will visit your site to inspect and adjust your system” said Glenn Gordon, Product Support Manager. “Plus, we’ll provide a complete report and in-depth training for your staff.”

JWCE technicians perform complete system inspections, including checking the mechanical and electrical systems, adjusting controllers, sensors, cycles, spray wash, flow meters, level detectors, chains, brushes and more for peak performance.

Along with the inspections, adjustments and training, you’ll receive a written evaluation of your equipment’s performance and we’ll provide recommendations for future adjustments or replacements. For an additional fee, a JWCE technician can return to your site and help with the installation of replacement parts or upgrades.

Another benefit to the program is in-depth training. As your staff changes, we help keep them well trained on managing Monster machinery.

Monster PI is the ideal service plan for Monster Separation System® fine screens, Screenings Washer Monsters®, Auger Monsters® and Honey Monsters®.

How Does it Work?

For example, if you specified Monster PI for your new Honey Monster septage receiving project a technician is going to help you with start-up. Then one of our certified field technicians will return three or six months later (depending on the plan you choose) to inspect, examine and calibrate the system. They’ll return at regular intervals for the number of years specified in the plan.

This complete inspection includes: mechanical system checks; taking motor amp and voltage readings; inspecting the controller and receipt printer (if installed); adjusting the ultrasonic level detector; testing the plug valve; checking the flow meter; checking the pH sensor and conductivity sensing loop (if installed) and inspecting all gaskets and parts for wear and leaks.

The JWCE service technician will also spend time training your staff on the mechanical and controller systems if needed. Finally, we’ll provide you with a complete check list and report on the system and the work we performed. Monster PI does not include replacement parts and installation labor. Please contact your local JWCE Service Center for a quote.

At the end of your service plan, you can choose to renew Monster PI and continue to keep your Monster running at peak performance.
