Stacy Taylor Joins Mesa Consolidated Water District as Communications Manager

She most recently was Principal of Taylor Public Relations, a marketing communications consultancy in Huntington Beach, CA. She also held posts at Porter Novelli in the agency’s Los Angeles office.

In her new role, Ms. Taylor serves as Mesa Consolidated Water District’s community liaison, working with local and regional businesses, community groups, and civic and nonprofit organizations. She is also responsible for legislative affairs, media relations, publications, speaker’s bureau, water education programs, and water industry relations.
